Document Review: We analyse strategic documents—such as your business delivery plan, risk register, product or service information, and job roles—to evaluate current operations and their impact on organisational effectiveness.
Comprehensive Report: We provide a detailed report outlining our findings, strategic recommendations, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to help you measure progress and success.
Change Management Workshop: We deliver a 90-minute workshop on Navigating Change, equipping your team with the knowledge and tools to understand and respond to change effectively.
While we recommend continuing with Phase Two for seamless implementation, Phase One is a no-commitment service. We are dedicated to preparing you and your teams to confidently execute our recommendations.

In this phase, we focus on executing the recommended strategy, maintaining consistent progress, and providing ongoing support. Key activities include:
Monthly Delivery: Our Navigators dedicate a set number of days each month to deliver the proposed initiatives and execute the agreed-upon strategy effectively.
Quarterly Impact Reporting: Receive comprehensive quarterly reports detailing progress, evaluating results against agreed KPIs, and making necessary adjustments to keep the strategy aligned with your goals.
Unlimited Expertise and Ongoing Support: Access unlimited advice and support on all aspects of the strategy, ensuring flexibility to address emerging needs or challenges and guaranteeing smooth implementation and measurable success.
This service requires a minimum six-month commitment to ensure robust impact reporting and sustained results.
