  • A fractional Navigator with expertise in HR will support you and your teams 3 days a month.

    All retainer services require a minimum six-month commitment and include a 30-day notice period to ensure a smooth handover to your team.

  • Retainer outputs may vary based on your organisation’s specific needs, but you can typically expect the following:

    • Establish HR services within the organisation

    • Develop and embed proportional employee lifecycle workflows, including onboarding, offboarding, and performance management

    • Implement fit-for-purpose HR technology, including scoping and implementation

    • Create and align people policies with UK legislation to ensure compliance

    • Provide ad-hoc training and workshops for leaders and the wider team as needed*

    • Offer ongoing advice and guidance to support continuous improvement

    *Training and workshops will require an L&D Navigator which will typically take 1 out of your 3 days a month.
